RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner is a biodegradable concentrate Liquid used for cleaning and degreasing parts and equipment. This single solution, used in varying concentrations with water, can replace half a dozen or more other products, many of them hazardous and expensive, which must ordinarily be kept on hand in large shops.
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-corrosive. It's rust inhibitive, stable in long-time storage, and is not damaged by freezing.Futhermore, RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner meets all OSHA requirements and conforms to the most rigid safety and performance standards set by leading industries.
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner helps to keep the equipment clean and corrosion free, eliminating lime and particle build-up on heating coils. Since RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner does not react with the oils it removes, the product can be recycled again and again through filtration systems with little or no loss in efficiency. RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner disperses oils so there is no sludge build-up. When the agitation system is turned off, oils rise to the surface and can be easily removed, while particulate matter settles to the bottom leaving the solution clean and virtually new.
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner can be used in a variety of application methods and is safe for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, does not harm painted surfaces, natural rubber, electric wiring insulation, leather, carpet, silicon rubber, neoprene or polypropylene.
Heated Dip Tanks:
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner should be used at a 1 part BGIC to 20 parts water concentration and heated to 140 degrees F. RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleanercan replace chlorinated hydrocarbons in vapor degreaser tanks with minor modifications. Vapor tanks can be easily and economically converted to a submersion system with the addition of a source of agitation. It is recommended that 60% of the tank volume per minute be moved in order to provide the best agitation. Air agitation is NOT recommended.
Ultra-sonics:
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner in a 5% concentration is a perfect cleaner to use in ultrasonic tanks. The tank should be heated to 140 degrees F. Parts washed in Blue Gold and thoroughly dried are protected from surface rusting for approximately 7 to 15 days. These parts can then be painted, welded or bonded with no further treatment.
High Pressure Sprayers & Steam Cleaners:
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner is ideal for high pressure and steam cleaning applications. It keeps every part of the system clean and free of corrosion, thus reducing maintenance and down time. In application tests, it has been shown that the higher the pressure the lighter the concentration needed for effective cleaning. The following is a suggestion on various concentrations based on the pressure (psi).

Hand wiping
RXSOL Gold Industrial Cleaner is safe enough to use in hand wiping applications. We suggest however, if prolonged use is necessary that you use gloves as the Blue Gold will take the oils out of your hands. (Most of the compressed gas applications and oxygen related cleaning applications are accomplished with hand wiping.)

All ingredients in Blue Gold are on the TSCA inventory list and RXSOL Gold has no B.O.D. (biological oxygen demand) and very low V.O.C. (volatile organic compound is .5% in a .5% solution).
