Hypersolve -SS Rx is a solvent degreaser based on npropyl bromide as an alternative for traditional Chlorinated solvents. Hypersolve SS Rx has physical properties and cleaning efficacy similar to that of Trichloroethylene (TCE). Hypersolve -SS Rx has a very low ozone depletion potential (0.002) and no flash point. Solvency, handling and drying characteristics are similar to TCE. Applications include metal, electronic, and precision cleaning, cold cleaning and vapor degreasing a variety of contaminants and substrates.Hypersolve -SS Rx cleans difficult contaminants such as oils, greases, adhesives, solder fluxes, and resins.

Benefit :
- Cleaning performance – ability to remove a broad range of soils with wide applicability
- Compatibility – Minimal production impact and little or no new capital investment with existing equipment and processes.
- Environmentally Friendly – Low ODP, GWP.
- No Flash Point – No flash point exhibited by standard ASTM procedures.
- Metals Compatibility – Properly stabilized, the cleaner is un-reactive toward metals like aluminum, magnesium, titanium, and brass.
- Rapid Drying – Quick dry-to-dry cycle. Can function as a rinse/drying agent for slow drying hydrocarbon solvents.
- Low Solvent Loss – Low latent heat of vaporization allows rapid drying combined with low solvent loss through evaporation.
- Hydrolytic Stability – HyperSolve is stable in the presence of contamination by water a common problem in vapor degreasing operations.
-
Recyclable – Ease of solvent recycle helps reduces costly solvent disposal and increases efficiency.
Safety and Handling Precautions
Good ventilation is a must. Use self contained breathing apparatus if above TLV. Solvent resistant gloves and safety glasses, with splash protection, are required. All used and unused product should be disposed of in conformance with local, state and federal regulations. Keep out of reach of children. Treat this chemical with respect and follow all MSDS instructions.

| Special Fire Fighting Procedures: | Keep fire exposed containers cool with water. Fire fighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus with a full face piece operated in the positive pressure demand mode with appropriate gear and chemical resistant personal protective equipment. |
| Unusual Fire & Explosion Hazards | Material forms a flammable mixture with air in a narrow flammability range (3.8% – 7.5%. by volume). Containers exposed to flame or high heat may explode. In fire, toxic gases may be released. Use water to cool containers exposed to fire. |

| Ingestion | Seek medical attention immediately. If individual is drowsy or unconscious, do not give anything by mouth; place individual on left side with head down. If unconscious, give 1-2 glasses of water. Contact medical facility or poison control center for advice on whether to induce vomiting. |
| Inhalation | Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If breathing has stopped, perform artificial respiration. Keep person warm and quiet. Seek medical attention. |
| Eyes | Irrigate immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation persists. |

| Small Spill |
Absorb liquid on vermiculite, floor absorbent, or other inert absorbent material and place in suitable labeled containers for disposal. |
| Large Spill |
Ventilate contaminated area. Eliminate all ignition sources, (flares, flames including pilot lights, electrical sparks). Persons not wearing protective equipment should be excluded from area of spill until clean up has been completed. Stop spill at source. Prevent from entering drains, sewers, streams, etc. If runoff occurs, notify authorities as required. Pump or vacuum transfer spilled product to clean containers for recovery. Transfer contaminated absorbent, soil and other materials to containers for disposal. |
| Waste Disposal Method | HYPERSOLVE™ may be disposed of as an industrial waste in a manner acceptable to good waste management practices and in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. |
| Precautions To Be Taken In Handling & Storing | Materialn should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Aerosol containers may explode when exposed to temperatures at or above 1200F. Since empty containers retain product residues, all hazard precautions given in the data sheet must be observed. All metal pails or drums should be grounded and/or bonded when material is transferred. Any use of this product in elevated temperature processes should be thoroughly evaluated to establish and maintain safe operating conditions. Sudden release of hot organic chemical vapors or mists from process equipment operating at elevated temperatures may result in ignition. Keep containerstightly closed. |
| Other Precautions | Keep this and all chemicals out of the reach of children. |
