RXSOL-10-1741-025 Concentrated degreaser for the elimination of mineral and hydrocarbon oil and grease from all surfaces. Suitable for manual and automatic scrubber applications, both highand low-pressure.
Shop Floors:
This multi-purpose cleaner and degreaser contains a high quality butyl combined with special detergents and builders for superior performance in hot or cold water. Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc contains a special rinse additive and special anti-depositing agents to clean and rinse without leaving a residue. When using Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc dilute in warm or hot water for best performance. Spray brush or mop on, and allow the cleaner to penetrate and loosen deposits, then flush away with a clean water rinse.Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc may be diluted from 1 part Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc to 200 parts water. For greasy shop floors dilute 1 part to 5 parts water. If using a floor machine -Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc may be diluted 1 part to 25 parts water. Remove difficult or hard deposits by allowing the Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc solution to saturate for approximately five minutes, rub gently with stiff brush and rinse.
Equipment :
For degreasing equipment and greasy parts dilute Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc 1 part to 15 parts water. Spray on surface and let product work for 5 to 8 minutes then rinse with high pressure wash or steam cleaner. Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc also works well in a hot soak tank. This product is an amazing cleaner / degreaser.
When using Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc. use though a proportioning device if possible. This will make the product go farther because it will always be used properly. Try this product! It is a labor saver and cost cutter, and people are amazed at the cleaning properties of Aqueous pH Degreaser Conc. B F E Conc.
Use a solution of DEGREASER HEAVY DUTY in kerosene or other suitable petroleum solvent for a light cleaning operation, or use neat for heavily soiled parts. Soak items to be cleaned for at least 20 minutes and then rinse off with hot water.
For Daily and conventional uses it can be diluted 0.5 to 2% while for Occasional use dilute from 2 to 5%
Dilution Rates:
Degreasing action :- Make dilution 500 ml to 1 Ltr with 4 to 5 Ltr WATER ( This can be used as HEAVY DUTY DEGRESER )
Rigwash :- Make dilution 500 ml to 1 Ltr with 8 to 10 Ltr WATER ( This can be used as HEAVY DUTY RIG WASH )
And for General Purpose Rigwash dilution can be done up to 20 Ltrs
Dispersant :- Make dilution 500 ml to 1 Ltr with 20-25 Ltr WATER ( This can be used as Oil spill Dispesant )
Cutting Oil :- Make dilution 500 ml to 1 Ltr with 70 to100 Ltr WATER ( This can be used as Cuttings Wash Fluid )
Garment / Laundry wash:- Make dilution 500 ml to 1 Ltr with 200 to 250 Ltr WATER ( This can be used as Laundry Wash )
Soaking and impregnation of the surfaces with the solution at the dosage recommended below with mechanical cleaning action (automatic scrubber – low- and high-pressure systems) Can also be applied in automatic scrubber washing in direct passage - the equipment for the machine will have to be selected according to the type of floor (discs or brushes)
Can be diluted with fresh / Sea water

Note that In case of discharge of acidic or alkaline products into the sewerage system the pH must be in the range of 6-10 since higher or lower pH values may damage the sewerage system or impair biological dosage treatment plants. So that for maintaining pH we have to add acidic / basic medium neutaliser .
