DESCRIPTION
MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water is a cationic microbicide that is effective in controlling the growth of algae and bacteria in recirculating cooling water system and the growth of slime-forming bacteria in heat exchanges. MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water can be used in both acidic and alkaline systems, and unlike conventional quats, it does not cause foam. It is also non-volatile and therefore not lost by evaporation.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Cooling water treatment : As a general rule, before treatment of a cooling water system with the microbicide is begun, the system should be cleaned thoroughly to remove all old algae growth, slime and deposits. The system then should be drained, flushed and refilled. Start with a slug addition of 50-150ppm of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water. Repeat this initial dosage until control is evident. Keep adding MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water in the make-up water at 15-150ppm. .
